Trust

Trust & privacy.

This page is maintained by Lunar Labs to answer common security and privacy questions about this site and the work we do for clients. It is editable project content, not an independent audit or certification.

Shared responsibility

Lunar Labs operates this marketing site and engages with clients on custom software projects. Security and privacy outcomes in production systems we build are a shared responsibility between Lunar Labs, the client operating the system, and the underlying hosting and infrastructure providers each project uses.

Hosting and platform

This website is built and hosted on the Lovable platform. Listing the platform here is descriptive — it is not a third-party certification of Lunar Labs.

Data we collect on this site

This site collects only information you voluntarily submit through the discovery-call form (such as name, email, organization, and project details) so we can reply to your inquiry. We do not sell this information. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Access

Inquiry submissions are accessible only to Lunar Labs team members who need them to respond. We delete inquiry data on request — see the contact below.

No certification claims

We do not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or GDPR certification for Lunar Labs as an entity. Compliance posture for any client system we build is scoped per engagement and documented in that engagement's agreements.

Security and privacy contact

To report a security concern, request data deletion, or ask a privacy question, email hello@lunarlabs.studio with "Security" or "Privacy" in the subject line. We aim to respond within one business day.
